Typical workflow
- 1) Cook and portion into the tray
- 2) Seal using click lid or film sealing (depending on your operation)
- 3) Chill or freeze according to your HACCP plan
- 4) Regenerate using your standard equipment (microwave / thermo oven / steamer)
- 5) Plate cleanly using the bottom-release mechanism
